ONLINE SHOPPING RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bridal Closet we take great pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want our clients to be completely satisfied with their purchases, and we make every effort to ensure that our products meet your needs and expectations.

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Removing the tags will void this return policy. 

    • Customized or special order items are not eligible for return.

    • Clearance and sale items are not refundable.  

  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bridalcloset.com within the eligible timeframe.

    • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage until the return is processed.

  4. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.

    • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  5. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue for assistance.

  8. International Returns:

    • International returns are subject to the same guidelines, but customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

  9. Incomplete or Late Returns:

    • Returns that do not comply with our policy may be subject to additional fees or may be rejected.
